Just Wondering…

I was unab le to UPDATE my blog! Think it was due to my FIRST & last blog! BWAHAHAHAHAH…anywayz….I got some slack for that last one, but hey, the people who commented all KNOW me & just asked…WHO THE HELL WERE YOU MAD AT?!  That was fun…

But, back to the REAL world…we’ve finally moved in & SOMEWHAT unpacked. Holy shit the junk one accumulates in nearly 30 years! Imagine how much more w/4 kids & a husband!!! My poor mother must be besides herself trying to figure out the mess we left behind.  But DAMN…you should see the new house! I LOVE IT!! The central AC & inground pool doesn’t hurt either! Yeah so I’m "showing off" AND?! I have a right to…I EARNED it, I WORKED for it, I PRAYED many many days & nites for it & my kids DESERVE it!

*The following is just my "venting". Its not here to offend or upset everyone.  And it’s not in GENERAL. I’m speaking to a select few who know who they are. And besides…for those of you who KNOW me…you know I’m just being…REAL!

Don’t you just love it when…

Those Fresh Off the Boat who just try SO HARD to be Americanized try to convince you that they just know SO MUCH more than you do?! They are so much more informed & educated in the American ways?!

I just find it so funny how…wanna be posers & trendy types TRY to be so "down" with the times. You don’t need to tell ME…of all people, who has been here since I was 3 and doesn’t have any distinct accent mind you~unless of course I CHOOSE to have one~how WE Americans practice our day to day life.  For example…any one can answer this one for me coz I’m at a lost living here for most of my life…how many of you can go to a "concert" with a ticket that hasn’t been pre-paid?? Yeah…I know, those fund-raising functions that our parents go to are not included~becoz they’re not defined as CONCERTS! I’ve been to quite a few in my time, major headliners & I dunno…can’t get in without a ticket & you can’t get a ticket without PAYING FOR IT FIRST!

SOP?! Who the hell says that?! Standard Operations of Procedure…hmmmm…yes, I’ve worked in the corporate world & I’ve READ that! Read the above statement & you’ll KNOW what SOP is in AMERICA!

It’s even funnier that these people are followers, not leaders. They don’t even have a mind of their own. They need to feel as if they belong so badly that their thoughts and actions aren’t even theirs…they are someone else’s. It’s good to admire & look up to people. BUT its even better for people to look up to YOU and admire YOU for YOU! Stop trying to be someone you’re NOT ~ KNOW who you are. Keeping up with the JONES’ to validate YOURSELF is SAD & pitiful. BE YOUR OWN PERSON! It’s IN to be unique! It’s IN to actually have YOUR OWN MIND & make your OWN statement whether it be fashion sense or good ole common sense.

BTW: As stated before…this is ME venting on how annoying some people are. I’m sure the intended party for which this was written will receive this ;).  Haha…you can ask anyone on my short friends list & they WILL tell you…BRING IT!
